Located on over 140 acres of North Georgia heritage, the beautifully appointed Lawrence Preserve at Horseleg Creek embodies the warmth and intimacy of the Old South, making it the perfect wedding venue, party location, or for many other events. For young birthday parties, try combining our space with Knockerball, Soccer Darts and other great games. Heck, combine them all! Ask for details.

All rentals require a refundable $500 non-damage deposit in addition to rental rate. 

Peak season is February, March, April, June, and September. Weekdays in May, October, November and December.

• Full day (14 hour) rental on Saturday is $3500, Long day (10 hours) $3,000, half day (6 hours) is $1600.
• Sundays $3800 full day, $3200 long day, $1800 half day.                                                                                            
• Fridays $3,000 full day, $2400 long day, $1400 half day.
• Monday – Thursday full day $2500, long day $1800, half day $1100, hourly $200 up to 4 hours.

Prime season is Friday – Sunday in May, October, November and December.

• Full day (14 hour) rental on Saturday is $3800, long day $3200, half day (6 hours) is $1800.
• Sundays $4,000 full day, $ 3500 long day, $1900 half day.                                                                                          
• Fridays $3500 full day, $ 2900 long day, $1600 half day.
• Monday – Thursday hourly up to 4 hours $200 per hour
• Monday – Thursday full day $2400, long day $1800, half day $1100

Off-peak season is January, July and August.

Riverfront pavilion

Lawrence Preserve is excited to introduce the newest addition to our event facilities: our riverside ceremony and reception pavilion! The space is located on the Coosa River engulfed in trees and open sky. Talk about space with a view! Party Room

A great space for a group of around 70 or less. Ideal for wedding or bridal showers, birthday parties, family meals, etc. The space rents for $125 per hour which includes tables and chairs and use of a large stand up cooler.
