We believe our venue offers everything you need, including a large parking lot and a gorgeous view. If you’re interested in renting our event facility, please call 706-266-1901 or send us an email.

All rentals require a refundable $500 non-damage deposit in addition to rental rate. We offer hourly, half day and full day rates! $200 Security Fee may apply. Packages include such as linens, dj, catering, bartending, cocktail tables and more. We also offer the ability to rent China, flatware, glassware, linens and other essential items.

All alcohol must be purchased from us and served by a bartender. Security is also required when serving alcohol.

Pricing

2024 prices are for clubhouse rental including tables and chairs. Outside ceremonies incur an additional fee.

Peak season is February, March, April, June, and September. Weekdays in May, October, November and December.

• Full day (14 hour) rental for Saturdays is $3500, half day (6 hours) is $1600.
• Sundays $3800 full day, $1800 half day.
• Fridays $3,000 full day, $1400 half day.
• Monday – Thursday full day $2500, half day $1100, hourly $200 up to 4 hours.

Prime season is Friday – Sunday in May, October, November and December.

• Full day (14 hour) rental for Saturdays is $3800, half day (6 hours) is $1800.
• Sundays $4,000 full day, $1900 half day.
• Fridays $3500 full day, $1600 half day.

Off-peak season is January, July and August.

• Full day (14 hour) rental for Saturdays is $2800, half day (6 hours) is $1200.
• Sundays $3,000 full day, $1400 half day.
• Monday – Thursday full day $2200, $1000 half day.
• Hourly rate of $175 per hour up to 4 hours.

The Season Events have specially created and priced menus for your events here at L.P.  In addition to their delicious food, these menu prices include your full event planner to help with the planning of your entire event, table linens, disposable plates and flatware, or the rental of china and silverware, depending on which package you select. Customization is available but the price will be altered accordingly. We can add a dj to your event to help complete the package. Our bar is by consumption, no minimums or buying full bottles you won’t use or paying for guests who do not drink.

Party Room

The space is located right next door to the pool making it perfect for pool parties (members only) or a meeting space with a view! This room has hosted bridal and baby showers, sorority formals, family meals and more! Call or email us today for availability information. If you’re interested in seeing the space- no problem! Contact us now to schedule an appointment. Rents for $125 per hour Friday – Sunday, $100 per hour Monday – Thursday. 2 hour minimum. Rental time begins when you need access to the room through clean-up.
