Located on over 140 acres of North Georgia heritage, the beautifully appointed Lawrence Preserve at Horseleg Creek embodies the warmth and intimacy of the Old South, making it the perfect wedding venue, party location, or for many other events. We believe our venue offers everything you need, including a large parking lot and a gorgeous view. If you’re interested in renting our event facility, please call 706-266-1901 or send us an email.

All rentals require a refundable $500-$1,000 non-damage deposit in addition to the rental rate. The following rental rates include the building, bridal suite, groom’s room, tables and chairs. Outside ceremonies or reception set-ups incur additional fees.

Peak season is February, March, April, June, and September. Weekdays in May, October, November and December.

• Full day (14 hour) rental on Saturday starts at $3600, half day (8 hours) is $2200.
• Sundays start at $3800 full day, $2400 half day.
• Fridays start at $3,000 full day, $1900 half day.
• Monday – Thursday full day starts at $2500, half day $1700, hourly $250 up to 6 hours.

Prime season is Friday – Sunday in May, October, November and December.

• Full day (14 hour) rental on Saturday starts at $3900, half day (8 hours) is $2500.
• Sundays start at $4,100 full day, $2700 half day.
• Fridays start at $3500 full day, $2100 half day.
• Monday – Thursday hourly up to 6 hours $250 per hour.
• Monday – Thursday start at full day $2700, half day $1800.

Off-peak season is January, July and August.

• Sundays start at $3,100 full day, $2000 half day.
• Monday – Thursday starts at full day $2200, $1500 half day.
• Fridays full day starts at $2700, half day $1700.
• Monday – Thursday Hourly rate of $225 per hour up to 6 hours

Security is usually required for an additional fee. Other fees may apply and are listed on the contract. You may bring in your own approved vendors or ask us to put together a package that fits all your needs including food, dj, bartending, linens, officiant, photo booth and more!

Riverfront pavilion and ceremony area

Lawrence Preserve is excited to introduce the newest addition to our event facilities: our riverside ceremony and reception pavilion! The space is located on the Coosa River engulfed in trees and open sky. Talk about space with a view! This space is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed this Fall.  If you’re interested in seeing the space- no problem!- contact us now to schedule an appointment.

Party Room

A great space for a group of around 70 or less depending on your event needs. Ideal for bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, family meals, etc. The space rents for $125 per hour which includes tables and chairs and use of a large stand up cooler.
