Pricing for Venue, Pool, Tennis, & Pickleball

Venue

These prices include our Clubhouse, Tables, Chairs, Security, Bridal Suite, and Groomsmen Quarters. LP will supply all alcohol and bartenders. 

Outdoor ceremony add-on up to 200 seats (reception in clubhouse): $500 directly behind clubhouse, $700 down the hill or $1,000 riverfront. This includes any needed transportation. Additional chairs may be rented for the rental company’s current price.

Riverfront:

  • Busy and Prime seasons: Saturday or Sunday full day (14 hour) ceremony and reception starts at $5500, half day (8 hours) $4000.
  • Friday full day ceremony and reception $4900, half day $3500.
  • Reception only Saturday or Sunday full day $4900, half day $3500.
  • Reception only Friday full day $4300, half day $2900
  • Off-season full day $4000, half day $2800

Clubhouse:

Busy season is February, March, April, June, and September, December. Weekdays in May, October, November and December.

  • Full day (14 hour) rental on Saturday starts at $3800, half day (8 hours) is $2300.
  • Sundays start at $4000 full day, $2500 half day.                                                                                
  • Fridays start at $3,100 full day, $2000 half day.
  • Bundle Friday (10:30 a.m. til 6:30 p.m. includes rehearsal time) and your wedding day Saturday (full day) for $5300

Prime season is Friday – Sunday in May, October, November.

  • Full day (14 hour) rental on Saturday starts at $4100, half day (8 hours) is $2600.
  • Sundays start at $4,300 full day, $2800 half day.                                                                                    
  • Fridays start at $3500 full day, $2200 half day.
  • Bundle Friday (10:30 a.m. til 6:30 p.m. includes rehearsal time) and your wedding day Saturday (full day) for $5600

Membership price for the 2025 pool season:

  • Individual $300
  • 1st add on $150
  • Each additional add-on $100 (caps at $750)
